Law language refers to the practical application of the national language to law-making and law enforcement, and to scientific research of law. Law language is resulted from the influence on the language exerted by the ruling classes andmainstream societies via law and lawyers through the ages. As a technical language being different from the natural language, law language has its own featuresin its absorption and application of the natural language. Technically, both inthe arrangement of ideas in speech and in presentation sequence, it manifests its distinctive feature different from languages used in other fields.

holds the view that in the quoted part is an auxiliary, which has the same word property as 可 meaning “be able to”, “can”, By extensive investigation into relative examples used in ancient documents, books and records, the present paper comes to the conclusion that the under discussion is not an auxiliary but an ordinary verb meaning “get”.

The characteristics of the unstressed sounds in Songzi dialect are the shortening of the sound length and the change of the sound pitch. Its pitch keep the toneof the final pitch of the previous word. The unstressed syllable in Songzi dialect has only the pitch characteristic, but there remains the arch characteristicof the word previous to the unstressed sound. If the previous word has the rising and rising-falling tones, modified tones occur.
