A Brief Analysis of Private Discourse Penetrating from Literary Spheres to Popular Media

Abstract: Private discourse, as a discourse practice, first appeared in the literary spheres and then penetrating the popular media——the public spheres. With the appearance of the private discourse writings in the literary spheres, “private topics” or “sentimental privacy” gradually derived and thrived in media and have become a new cultural phenomenon of popular media. In the development, the phenomenon can not only be examined in the western literary spheres and also be proved by the discourse development of the Chinese literary spheres.
