Stage Characteristics and Development Strategy of the Urban and Rural Co-Developing——Focusing on Shanghai

Abstract

Abstract: The urbanization level of Shanghai is comparatively high，as it has entered the mature stage in the process of urbanization． The urbanization of Shanghai need to grasp two points firmly，the great pressure of stock adjustment and the urgent demand of enhancing quality． In the process of balancing urban and rural development，we need not only to solve the practical problems，the problems left over by history，but also to strengthen the ability of the municipal co-ordination and the independent developments of ? each district and county． We need to equalize the basic public services and the layout of public service resources．
