Abstract: “De” is most frequently used word in Chinese. In Chinese grammar, more than ten items of its usage have been concluded, even though the conclusion is not very correct. The correct use of “de” depends on the language rhythm in many contexts. In teaching, students’ sense should be activated. Xu Zhimo’s “Bye to Cambridge Again” can be used to make students sense its usage, because the poem is with strong rhythm. By reciting the poem, the language sense of the usage of “de” can be cultivated to make the students know its usage. Chinese is a language with noteworthy literariness, reflection of which can be examined in its phonetic musicality, grammatical flexibility, word infection, multi-layers in syntactic connotation, and in taking euphemism as aesthetic inclination. To master it needs to incent language sensibility, not cognitive ability only.
