Abstract: All news-disseminating activities originate from a need of the news. The need of the news ncludes various needs, which are interrelated and form a united system that spurs the continuous development of the news dissemination and the journalistic enterprise. The need of the news has an important position in the recipients(readers, audience, viewers and net citizens) and it is the starting point and the end-result of all news activities.
