Abstract: Under the new background of population policy changes，how to play the role of fertility support policy and increase fertility rate have become an important issue in the fields of population and public policy in China. Using the academic publications in CNKI database from 2013 to 2023 as samples，the CiteSpace visualized econometric analysis software is used to analyze the knowledge map，characteristics，and future research trends of researches on China’s fertility support policies. The results show that the research hot spots of fertility support policy mainly focus on fertility intention，the theory and experience of fertility support，and related public policies. The evolution of fertility policy from 2013 to 2023 can be divided into two phases：The first phase，from 2013 to 2020，is the initial stage，and the second phase，from 2021 to 2023，is the rapid heating-up stage. In the future，China should build a cultural atmosphere to encourage fertility，establish a fertility support policy system to full cover the growth cycle of birth，breeding and raising，improve the economic subsidy system，and improve the infant care service system for 0—3 years old，so as to realize a long-term balanced development of China’s population.
