    Effects of Genotype-Environment Interaction on Growth and Development of Pea

    The effects of genotype-environment(G × E) interaction on the growth and development of 10 pea cultivars were observed and compared through double factor planting experiments in open fields and greenhouses. The results showed that compared with the open field cultivation,the first pod stage (first harvest stage) of pea cultivars could be advanced by 3 - 10 d and the whole growth period could be shortened by 16 - 25 d under the greenhouse cultivation. In addition,under greenhouse cultivation,the internode length of pea cultivars increased extremely significantly, the node position of the initial pod increased significantly,the plant height and leaf length increased. Variance analysis showed that pea cultivar and G × E interaction had significant effects on the increase of pod weight and pod number per plant. Therefore,to promote the early maturity and efficient cultivation of pea,in addition to the selection of superior cultivars,the G × E interaction should be paid more attention to. Through the matching of elite cultivars and excellent methods,this study concludes that WD-012,WD-008,WD-009,and WD-023 can be used as candidates for improved cultivation mode.

    To explore the genetic differences of cowpea germplasm resources,3 polymorphic InDel molecular markers were used to detect the genetic variation of 24 cowpea cultivars. The genetic relationship between 24 cowpea varieties was showed by UPGMA cluster analysis,and these varieties can be divided into 3 subgroups. Furthermore,it was found that there were 8 types of InDel molecular fingerprints in these cowpea varieties ,which can distinguish different cowpea genotypes. The results provide molecular biological evidence for the molecular evaluation ,identification ,preservation ,and breeding of new varieties of cowpea.

    Firstly,the definition of the mild solution to neutral stochastic partial functional differential equations with infinite delay in Hilbert spaces was introduced. Then,by means of the properties of analytic semigroups, Burkholder-Davis-Gundy inequality, and Banach fixed point theorem,the existence and uniqueness of the mild solution to neutral stochastic partial functional differential equations with infinite delay in Hilbert spaces were obtained. Finally,an example was given to illustrate the results.

    To study the difference in logistics efficiency between different regions,this paper built a comprehensive evaluation index system for logistics efficiency based on the heterogeneity of production technology in different provinces. Using the meta frontier undesired output super-efficiency SBM-DEA model to measure logistics efficiency under resource and environmental constraints from 2006 to 2017 in China. The measurement results were analyzed based on the inefficiency of logistics utilization decomposition and spatial correlation in the eastern,central,and western regions in China. The results showed that the logistics efficiency values under the meta frontier and the constraints of resources and environment were 0. 801,0. 474 and 0. 352 in the eastern,central and western regions respectively, and there was great potential for improvement among the regions. The technology gap rate in the central and western regions was low,and the logistics efficiency of related provinces was underestimated. There were different degrees of management inefficiency in the eastern, central and western regions in China. Among them, the inefficiency of logistics in the central and western regions was mainly due to technical inefficiency. The groups under the two different frontiers showed a trend of transition from ″strong agglomeration″ to ″weak agglomeration″,which ran counter to the development direction of my country′s current development of a highly concentrated regional central city. Relevant departments need to further improve the management level to reduce the loss of logistics efficiency;improve the level of logistics technology to reduce energy consumption in the logistics industry;promote the construction of regional transportation hubs to improve the development foundation of the logistics industry; innovate regional coordinated development strategies to accelerate the logistics industry upgrade.

    To better understand the distribution of laser light in biological tissues,this paper adopted the Monte Carlo model with laser wavelengths of 532,800,and 1 064 nm,respectively,for simulation study of photoacoustic imaging of human tissues. Under the conditions of different laser wavelengths and different incident spot sizes,the distribution of the penetration light intensity of human tissues and the main factors affecting the spatial distribution of laser energy was studied,and the relationship between the penetration depth of the laser and the light intensity in the tissue was obtained. The effect of laser on the initial acoustic pressure of biological tissues was studied,and the best experimental protocol was given under three wavelengths of the laser. The experimental results showed that the penetration depth had an important effect on the size of the laser energy distribution region in the laser incidence direction. The laser with a wavelength of 1 064 nm was more suitable for deep tissue imaging due to its higher maximum allowable exposure.

    Objective To observe the efficiency of Fu′s subcutaneous needling on scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods 64 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group (Fu′s subcutaneous needling) and control group(routine acupuncture)with 32 cases in each group,three courses of treatment in total;the marked efficiency rate at the end of each course,effective time,VAS scores before and after treatment,and ROM of the shoulder joint of the two groups were compared,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,there was no significant difference(P > 0. 05);the marked efficiency rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0. 05);the marked efficiency rate of the treatment group at the end of each course was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0. 05);the effective time of the treatment group was earlier than that of the control group (P < 0. 05);after treatment,VAS scores of the shoulder joint in the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0. 01);ROM in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0. 01). Conclusion Fu′s subcutaneous needling is more effective than routine acupuncture in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis,which is worthy of clinical application.

    Objective Tracheobronchopathia osteochondroplastica (TO) is a rare clinical disease. The study aims to improve clinicians′ understanding of TO. Methods The clinical data of a patient with TO were analyzed,the clinical features,diagnosis,and treatment of TO were discussed combining with literature. Results The clinical manifestations of TO were not specific. Chest CT scanning showed irregular thickening and calcified nodularties protruding into the tracheobronchial lumen. Bronchoscopy showed that the anterior and lateral walls of the tracheal were widely multiple solitaries or fused small cobblestone nodular protrusion,without the involvement of the posterior membrane. Histopathologic examination of the biopsied tissue showed cartilage and bone nodules under the mucosa of the trachea and bronchus. Conclusion High-resolution CT is an important non-invasive method for the diagnosis of TO. There are characteristic presentations under bronchoscope. Histopathological examination is a further confirmation of the diagnosis.

    Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and microsatellite instability(MSI)of multiple primary cancer(MPC)with colorectal cancer(CRC). Methods Clinical data of 224 CRC patients who had been diagnosed with pathology in the Fourth Hospital of Wuhan on the Gutian Road were retrospectively analyzed from January 1,2015 to December 31,2018,and the MSI of each CRC patient was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results Of all patients with CRC,18. 3% (41/224) were MPC. The difference was not statistically significant in the sex,age,colorectal cancer site,and TNM stage of MPC patients with CRC and single CRC patients. Most patients were more than 50 years old in both MPC patients with CRC and single CRC patients,each took 87. 8%(36/41)and 87. 9% (161/183). The most common location was the rectum in both of them,each took 46. 3%(19/41)and 42. 6%(78/183). I ~ II stage was more common in MPC patients with CRC,which took 65. 9%(27/41). The MSI-H took more percentage in MPC patients with CRC than patients with single CRC,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0. 05). Among 41 MPC patients with CRC,the ratio of men to women is approximately 1∶1,and they were 28 to 86 years old,with an average age of 61. In extracolonic organ,digestive system[29. 3%(12/41)]was the most commonly occurring system and stomach[22. 0% (9/41)] was the most common lesion. There were 8 cases with synchronous carcinoma(SC)and 33 cases with metachronous carcinoma(MC). The majority of SC was the right colon,and the rectum was the majority of MC. Conclusion The rectum is the most common lesion site in single CRC patients. The stomach is the most common extracolonic organ of MPC patients with CRC. MSI-H colorectal cancer patients have a higher risk of developing into MPC patients.

    Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of MPOANCA positive associated hypertrophic cranial pachymeningitis. Methods A case of MPOANCA positive hypertrophic cranial pachymeningitis with extensive pulmonary arterial thrombosis was reported and analyzed with the literature. Results The patient presented with impaired vision and headache. After admission,blood D-dimer 7. 09 mg/L FEU( < 0. 5),ESR 33 mm/h( < 15),anti-MPO antibody 137. 3 CU ( < 20. 0),anti-protease 3 antibody 22. 7 CU ( < 20. 0). The three-dimensional CT scan of the mediastinum plus enhancement shows extensive thrombosis of both pulmonary arteries. Pulmonary artery CTA showed multiple pulmonary embolisms. Cerebral MRI showed in bilateral frontal-temporal dura thickening reinforcement,cavernous sinus,orbit,pharynx side clearance(right),and on the right side of the rock/article sinus flake reinforced under the shadow,and double side nerve local display was fine(right),the dura thickening of the skull base slightly obvious local/doubt slightly thick,diagnosis of MPO ANCA positive hypertrophic pachymeningitis,symptoms improved after immunization, anticoagulant therapy. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of MPO-ANCA positive hypertrophic cranial pachymeningitis are heterogeneous. Most patients have chronic headaches,with or without craniocerebral nerve palsy, cerebellar ataxia, epileptic seizure, myelopathy, visual impairment, and other neurological manifestations. In clinical practice,the possibility of MPO-ANCA positive hypertrophic cranial pachymeningitis should be considered in patients with headaches,multiple cranial nerve involvement,and sinusitis and otitis media.

    Research and development of the seawater-based fracturing fluid system is the key technology to reduce the cost of offshore fracturing construction, improve the construction efficiency and fracturing scale. A polymer instant seawater-based viscosifier was synthesized by the plate polymerization process,and the seawater-based fracturing fluid system with a temperature resistance of 140 ℃ was established. The viscosity of fracturing fluid was 78 mPa·s after shearing for 2 h at 140 ℃ and 170 s-1. After breaking,the viscosity changed to 3. 5 mPa·s,the surface tension was 25. 38 mN/m,the interfacial tension between the breaker and kerosene was 1. 7 mN/m,and the average residue content was 70. 75 mg/L. All indexes of fracturing fluid meet the requirements of field application.

    Based on the analysis of the fracture mode of open-hole packer sliding sleeve which is used in horizontal wells, it is believed that this operation mode restricts the operation of horizontal wells in the later stage. Thus,the operation mode of using coiled tubing to drag fracturing was put forward. Through fracturing string design, fracture parameter optimization,and displacement optimization,the operation of positioning and setting,perforation,and fracturing of a single string was realized,which greatly improved the efficiency of field operation. The successful implementation of this new process in the six horizontal wells in the Linxing field illustrates that the coiled tubing jet perforation separated fracturing through annulus technology is applicable to tight gas reservoirs,providing a new and effective mean for the field.

    The gesture recognition system based on YOLOv3 uses darknet53.conv.74 model to train and learn,and separates input images unnecessary information by smoothing and binarizing algorithm,so as to improve the recognition accuracy and realize a video real-time gesture recognition model. The graphical interface is developed by Python Tkinter. The results show that the recognition accuracy of the model can reach 76. 76%, which is comparable with the current mainstream deep learning target detection algorithm. The model is superior to other current mainstream deep learning target detection algorithms in recognition rate,and has advantages in dealing with natural interactive information,which provides an effective means for human-computer interaction.
