This work demonstrates the designs and synthesis of covalent triazine-based frameworks(CTFs)made by triazine cores and a series of functional thiophene units. The structure and basic properties of products were characterized by IR,UV-vis,SEM,TG and BET, and the microdomain morphology, structure, thermal stability, pore size distributions and optoelectronic properties of the product were compared. The results demonstrated an obvious enhance in thermal stability and changed pore size distributions and optoelectronic properties with the increasing number of thiophene units,but the relationships between the number and the properties were not a simple linear change as a conclusion.

Content or activity of Phaseolus vulgaris agglutinin (PHA),saponin,trypsin inhibitor(TI),phytic acid in leaves and pods of 13 common beans were investigated,and correlation analysis and clustering analysis were carried out. The results showed that the distribution of anti-nutritional factors in common beans existed organ specificity,PHA,TI and saponin mainly distributed in pods,and phytic acid most consisted in leaves. Four kinds of leaves' and pods' anti-nutritional factors in common beans had no significant correlation. The test group can be divided into 4 cultivar groups through clustering analysis,variety group I had a low content of anti-nutritional factors,which could be used for breeding of low-toxicity common bean varieties; variety group II had moderate content of antinutritional factors;the anti-nutritional factors content of varieties group III and Ⅳ were higher,which can be used for the further study of anti-nutritional factors' extraction and purification,or insect-resistant transgenic engineering research.

In this study,58 representative local soybean germplasm resources from Hubei,Guangdong,and other regions were used as research materials. Through field experiments and testing,the protein content,fat content,water content,and total protein-fat content of each variety were determined,and statistical analysis was carried out. The results showed that the maximum protein content in 58 soybean germplasm resources was 51. 19%,the minimum was 40. 68%, and the variation coefficient was 12. 57%; the maximum fat content was 19. 87%, the minimum was 13. 31%, and the variation coefficient was 15. 85%; the maximum total protein-fat content was 66. 77%, the minimum was 56. 84%,and the variation coefficient was 9. 05%. After screening and comparison,16 of 58 soybean accessions were finally selected as excellent resources. Among them,MD216 from Qianjiang,Hubei,can be used as a special protein variety.

In this study,five maize varieties,Longping 206,Huawan 267,Yudan 112,Qiyu 606,and Luyu 4130,were selected as materials for the top ear position and middle ear position grains to study the difference in grain vigor of different ear positions. The germination index,100-kernel weight,and simple vitality index of seed were analyzed to explore the relationship between different ear positions of maize and seed vigor,and a basis for selecting maize seeds with optimal ear positions and high vigor was provided. The results showed that the germination vigor and germination rate of the five varieties were all higher in the middle part than the top part,and there was no significant difference in the germination rate among different positions of the same variety. The seedling height and root length of the five varieties were all greater in the middle part than the top part,and the fresh weight above the ground and the fresh weight in the ground was also greater in the middle part than the top part in the two repetitions of the five varieties. For the five varieties,the simple vitality index of the middle grains on the simple vitality index I,the simple vitality index II,and the simple vitality index III was greater than the simple vitality index of the top grains. The vigor index was different between different varieties,and the vigor index between different ear positions of the same variety was also different. In the two ear position treatments,the vigor of the middle grain of maize was greater than that of the upper part,and there was a positive correlation between the grain vigor and 100-kernel weight of the grain.

The effects of different pre-sowing treatments and sowing methods on the germination of Phyllostachys edulis seeds and the effects of different water quality and aeration treatments on seedlings' growth were studied by indoor controlled hydroponics methods. The results showed it was best that Phyllostachys edulis seeds were soaked in 40 ℃ water overnight, peeled, soaked with 75% alcohol for 5-10 s, soaked and disinfected with 10% NaClO for 20 minutes,washed with deionized water for 6-8 times and then planted into vermiculite,the germination rate could reach 61. 76% and there was no pollution during germination. The water culture of double-filtered water or sterile water was used as the water quality,the contamination rate of Phyllostachys edulis seedlings was the lowest under the condition of aeration and filter disk filters,but there were no significant effects of the oxygenation on leaf number, seedlings height and both aboveground and underground biomass of Phyllostachys edulis seedlings.

In order to study the intelligent mobile power supply under the condition of temperature control,voice control,touch control and Bluetooth function,PCB board is designed with REC-V2 voice chip,microcontroller,ESP8266 WiFi module,HC-06 Bluetooth module,SD memory card,heating module and infrared ranging module. The shell of the prototype is made by 3D printing with PLA plastic. The control switch,voice control system and microcontroller are used to customize the working mode of the intelligent mobile power supply. The LED lamp and the heating pad are used to output light and heat source. Experiments with two different power supply modes,the household 220 V power supply and the vehicle 12 V power supply have proved that based on the existing performance of traditional power banks,the intelligent mobile power supply can be performed various tasks such as switching LED light sources between different color, heating and voice broadcast with user's needs by voice control,manual operation,and mobile phone remote control. It has certain practical value.

This paper develops the windows control system based on a smartphone networking control,which is based on the ESP8266 platform and uses WiFi networking technology to joint cloud server to realize the mobile phone remote control and the voice control. The NodeMCU has its own hardware jointing sensor, which is able to implement the remote App, voice assistant, and automatically open the windows according to the weather for drying clothes.

Objective
The nutritional knowledge, attitude, and practice (KAP) of the undergraduate students at Jianghan University in Wuhan are investigated to support nutrition education and nutrition service effectively.
Methods
836 college students with different grades, majors, genders, and household registration situs in Jianghan University were selected through stratified random sampling. A homemade ″Nutrition KAP Questionnaire for College Students″ survey on nutrition KAP was carried out and the data were analyzed by SPSS20.0.
Results
Generally,college students had a good attitude towards nutrition. Knowledge awareness,knowledge behavior,and knowledge attitude were correlated with grades and majors,but not related to gender or household registration.
Conclusion
Most of the students have a good attitude and behaviors on nutrition,while a small number of students lack nutrition-related knowledge and have unreasonable eating behaviors. According to the teaching situation at Jianghan University,nutrition knowledge publicity adapted to students' grades,majors,and gender should be carried out to cultivate healthy eating behaviors and improve the overall health of undergraduate students.

Objective
To investigate the genetic etiology of a child with global developmental delay.
Methods
The clinical data and genetic testing results of a child with the global developmental delay caused by heterozygous variation of the TCF4 gene were reviewed.
Results
Full exome assays in the children did not reveal large deletion/duplication variants with definite pathogenicity associated with clinical symptoms of the subjects. The firstgeneration verification results showed the heterozygous variation of TCF4 gene c.1732C>T(p.R578C),which was a possibly pathogenic variation.
Conclusion
Conclusion The heterozygous variation of the TCF4 gene is closely related to global developmental delay;early intervention is effective in the treatment of global developmental delay caused by heterozygous variation of the TCF4 gene.

The greening conditions of 13 main roads in Beilin District, Suihua City,Heilongjiang Province,are investigated,the greening section forms and vertical structure of roads were analyzed,and the tree species frequency,green rate,tree species richness index,Simpson index,Shannon-Weiner index,Pielou index and greening isolation degree is calculated. The results show that:① There are a total of 12 road greening sections with one-board-two-belt type , accounting for 92. 31% of the total number of roads surveyed. Only Zhongzhi road is three-board-four-belt type ,and the form is relatively simple. ② There are 9 families,13 genera and 17 species of tree species. Populus simonii had the highest relative frequency in arbors,reaching 31. 99%,and the relative frequency of Amygdalus triloba is the highest in shrubs, reaching 38. 62%. The green rate of Kangzhuang road is the highest,reaching 68. 04%. ③ The tree species richness of Huanghe road is highest(13),and that of Guang'an street was lowest(4). The Simpson index and Shannon-Weiner index of Huanghe road reach the highest value,and the Pielou index of Guangshun street reaches the highest value. ④ In the vertical structure of road greening,the form of ″ Arbor + Shrub″ accounts for the largest proportion,reaching 53. 85%. Only Guangshun street is in the form of ″ Arbor″ . ⑤ The greening isolation degree of Zhongzhi road is 2. 4,and the other road is 0,so the isolation effect is relatively poor.

Based on the practice of domestic and foreign scholars in the design characteristics of vertical greening,this research explores the design methods of high-rise office buildings based on vertical greening and their influencing factors by the balanced design method from three aspects, including public space form, public space experience, and public space function,and then provides the optimization design methods of vertical greening in public space of high-rise office buildings. Using different design methods of the vertical greening of buildings provides ideal interior architectural space,such as increasing the contrast between virtual and reality, clarifying the change of light and shadow, grasping the rhythm,coordinating the proportion and scale,strengthening the continuity of the public space,optimizing the transition space, deepening the connection between interior and outdoor space,blursing the boundaries. Meanwhile,the vertical greening designed strategy of the building is improved to meet the needs of users,fit the circulation guiding function of public space,and increase the greening rate and optimization rate of the space. Combining the leisure and entertainment functions of public space with vertical greening design will improve the subjectivity of the public space. The three-dimensional greening design of the public space is helpful to solve the spatial experience problems of lack of hierarchy,landscape environment, and good comfort in high-rise office buildings, and it provides the optimization of the public space experience for users of high-rise office buildings.
