    Aiming at the fuzziness of teaching quality evaluation, constructs a multi-hierarchy evaluation model based on fuzzy mathematics and other related theories adapts to teaching quality evalution in teaching university. It can reasonably define the weight of evaluation system by using AHP and based on the matrix given by experts, it makes a better use of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis together by applying fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to teaching quality.It is proved to be effective and executable by example.

    The calculation of the shock tube parameter by Excel is introduced, the work was done with one dimension inviscid simulation. In the calculation, the driver gases were H2, He, Ar and their mixtures, and the experimental gases were N2 and Ar. Additionally, the double diaphragm effect of the main diaphragm was considered, respectively obtained the operation parameters matching relationship, the best length ratio of driving section and driven section, the maximum test time under tailored interface condition.The study showed that, the parameter of the shock tube could be calculated by the software of Excel, the results could be shown in the designed table obviously, and they could be further processed to be a curve figure. The primary calculation results indicated that, compared to the ideal gas model, the shockwave was weaker and the test time was shorter with the real gas model. And the shockwave was strengthened by the diaphragm breaking with deflating gas between diaphragms.

    β-cyclodextrin/TiO2 (β-CD/TiO2) complex catalyst was prepared via surface modification of TiO2 with β-cyclodextrin using silane coupling agent as the cross-linking agent. The structure and properties of β-CD/TiO2 was characterized by gravimetric analysis in determination of titanium content, fourier transform infrared spectrophotometry (FT-IR) and differential thermal analyzer (DTA). The photocatalytic performances of β-cyclodextrin/TiO2 and TiO2 were investigated by using methyl orange solution as objcet, respectively. The characterization results showed the content of TiO2 in β-CD/TiO2 complex sample was 75%. The photocatalytic performance results demonstrated β-CD/TiO2 complex catalyst could give the decoloration rate to methyl orange solution of 90% under the high pressure mercury lamp for 3.5 h, which is 1.7 times larger than that of TiO2.

    The treatment effect and influence factors to printing and dyeing wastewater was investigated under different conditions using 10% CTMAB and 20% H2SO4 modified bentonite. The experimental results showed that modified bentonite could enhance evidently removal efficiencies of color and COD. Some factors affecting treatment efficiency included absorption time, temperature, pH and bentonite consumption. The adsorption isotherms were described by means of the Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms and the Freundlich model represented the adsorption process better than the Langmuir model.

    To take alumina ceramics as researching object, using experimental method, illustrates the preparation process of alumina ceramics, researches the influence factors to friction and wear feature of alumina ceramics including additive concentration, sintering temperature, loading weight, speed of rotation.The study results showed that the wear rate of ceramics was low. In industrial products, the ceramics as wear-resistant material has a good prospect.

    Stamping process of an automobile cover part was analysed based on finite element simulating analysis aided by Autoform software, to make sure the reasonable parameters,the stamping process scheme,and designed the complete dies.Several sets of compound stamping dies, which employed cam driver and cam slide for stretch drawing, hole punching, trimming, flanging, sizing, etc., were completed. The quality of final products produced by these dies showed that the stamping process was feasible and the dies were reliable.

    Objective: To investigate the effect of alcohol on the induction of long-term potentiation(LTP)in lateral perforant pathway(LPP)-CA3 area of rats and its possible mechanism.Methods Taking the method of electro-physiology record in vivo, through micro-injection of alcohol,naloxone and bicuculline respectively to hippocampal CA3 area, using the slope coefficient chang of field excitory postsynaptic potentials(fEPSP) as index,to observe the LTP induction change caused by high frequency stimulation.Results (1) Single application of alcohol into CA3 area inhibited the induction of LTP in a dose-dependent manner.(2)Micro-injection of naloxone or bicuculline before administration of alcohol into CA3 area partially reduced the inhibitory effect of alcohol on the induction of LTP.ConclusionThe inhibition of alcohol on the induction of LTP in hippocampal CA3 area may be mediated by GABA energic system and endogenous opium system.

    ObjectiveArterial blood gas analyser and electrolyte analyser were used to measure arterial blood and venous plasma potassium and sodium ion concentration, the experimental data were statistically compared the differences between them and derived the linear relationship, discussed the clinical significance.Methods Using American production of GEM PREMIER 3000 blood gas analyser and Roche production of ROCHE 9180 electrolyte analyser, detected in 85 cases with arterial blood and venous plasma the potassium and sodium concentration, compared arterial blood and venous plasma potassium, sodium and relevance.Results Arterial blood and venous plasma potassium concentration were significantly different(P<0.05), arterial blood, arterial plasma and venous plasma sodium concentration were not significant differences(P>0.05),arterial plasma and venous plasma potassium or sodium concentration were not significantly different(P>0.05); and arterial blood and venous plasma potassium concentration in a certain linear relationship existed.Conclusionarterial blood potassium concentration is not the same with venous plasma potassium concentration, but according to the experimental data, can roughly calculate the linear regression equation of venous plasma and arterial blood potassium ion concentrationvenous plasma potassium ion(A) =1.445×artery blood potassium ion(V)-1.273(mmol/L), so when the doctor know the potassium concentration in arterial blood,can roughly calculate the potassium concentration in venous plasma, the doctor can comprehensively judge the potassium situation in patient.

    ObjectiveTo analyse the drug resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the Affiliated Hospital of Jianghan University, to provide direction for clinical drug application. Methods: To analyse the drug resistance of 138 cases which clinically isolated Pseudomonas aeruginosa from Jan., 2009 to Dec., 2010, and obtained the rate of antibiotic-resistance by WHONET5.4 software. Results: The highest detection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa came from the specimen of respiratory tract, which was 86.9%; These Pseudomonas aeruginosa were more sensitive to amikacin(87.0%)、sulbactam and cefopcrazone(83.8%),cefepime(79.4%), and then to ceftazidime(76.3%),aztreonam(68.5%); the resistance rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to cefotaxime(86.4%),levofloxacin(32.8%)were higher than other antibiotics. Conclusion:For the special drug-fast mechanism of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and the wide use of the broad-spectrum antibiotic, the resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to antibiotic is higher and higher, and there are samples of Pseudomonas aeruginosa which are multi-drug-resistance, the infection always can not be cured by single antibiotic. The most effective method for preventing the fast development of resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to antibiotic is early drug combination, strengthening the monitoring to the resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and analysis of drug sensitive test.

    Objective: To investigate the status of knowledge, attitude and behaviour of tuberculosis control among suspected tuberculosis in Wuhan city, and to provide the reference to tuberculosis education.Methods: The outpatient who with continuous cough, sputum more than two weeks or hemoptysis, sputum with blood were selected in the Wuhan Institute for Tuberculosis Control and the Tongji Hospital from Jul., 2010 to Sep., 2010.Results: The total awareness rate of key messages on tuberculosis control among surveyed people was 63.9%, the awareness rate of transmission was higher(78.8%), while the awareness rate of national policies on examination and cure on tuberculosis for free was lower(44.8%). Univariate and multivariate analysis showed that, household registration(OR=3.511, 95%CI1.579~7.805), education level (OR=2.302, 95%CI1.027~5.16), marriage status (OR=4.135, 95%CI1.832~9.337) were the main impact factors on the key messages awareness. About the attitude and behaviour of tuberculosis control, 38.7% had stigma of tuberculosis, 34.0% were afraid of tuberculosis.ConclusionThe awareness rate of tuberculosis control is low among suspected tuberculosis outpatient in Wuhan city, it is necessary to conduct health education according to household registration, education level, and marriage status.

    Objective: To investigate the acute subdural hematomas(ASH) diagnosis and treatment. Methods: Collected the clinical data of 100 cases of ASH in the Peony People's Hospital from Jun.,2007 to Jun.,2010 and took retrospective analysis.ResultsAll 100 patients were treated with surgery, for death of 19 cases(19%), being healed of 56 cases (56%), being improved of 23 cases(23%),plant survival of 1 case(1%), being heavy disabled of 1 case(1%).ConclusionTo the ASH patients have surgery indication, the early stage diagnosis should be taken, and the hematoma cleaning operation should be taken before the coma in accordance with the consciousness and sum of hematoma.

    Objective: To introduce the application of the PACS system in radiology department in the Wuhan Children Hospital.Methods Through HL7 protocol and DICOM Worklist,the PACS was integrated with the HIS and RIS system,and it successfully connected the Full-PACS with the imaging equipment,cameras,computers,professional portraits,printers and so on.Results: The PACS achieved filmless and paperless, optimized workflow and improved efficiency.ConclusionIt seamlessly integrate the PACS, RIS and HIS system, within technical framework guidance of IHE, which is based on DICOM3.0 standard and HL7 protocol.

    To study the effects of chitosan on biochemical indicators in cows′ blood during summer. 30 Chinese-Holstein dairy cows were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group had 15 cows.Took additives feeding contrast experiment.The result showed that:after adding chitosan, cortisol,P,glucose in cows′ blood were very significantly improved(P<0.01), thyroxine, potassium, chlorine, calcium were significantly improved(P<0.05), aspertate aminotransferase, creatine kinase were very significantly descended(P<0.01),pH were significantly descended(P<0.05). The research suggests that the utilization of chitosan has obvious effect in regulating of cows′ endocrine and fluid balance during summer.
