    Preparation and Photocatalytic Property of Nano Cuprous Oxide and Its Composites

    Cu2O powders and TiO2-Cu2O composite powders were prepared by chemical deposition method. With prepared Cu2O nanoparticles as photocatalyst,photocatalytic oxidation degradation of methylene blue solution was explored. The effects of dosage of H2O2,the initial concentration of methylene blue and composite samples on the degradation performance were investigated with UV-visible spectrophotometer. The results showed that the degradation efficiency was the best when the amount of H2O2 was 5mL in 30mL methylene blue solution and the initial concentration of methylene blue was 10mg / L,and the catalytic efficiency of TiO2-Cu2O composite powders was much higher than that of Cu2O.

    Towards the self-healing of polymer material,chooses dicyclopentadiene(DCPD)as core,adopts melamine-urea-formaldehyderesin as wall meterial,to fabricate the microcapsules. The properties of microcapsules,including the particle size,the surface morphology,the thermal properties and the chemical structure,are analysed by using laser particle size analyzer,optical-photographic microscope(OM),microcomputer differential thermal balance and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),respectively. Meanwhile,the effects of the feed capacity of core material,emulsifier content and emulsifying speed on the preparation of microcapsules are discussed. Experimental results indicate that the highest core content of the resultant microcapsules is about 90wt.% and the average diameter in volume of the microcapsules is in the range of 50~70 μm,which can be adjusted by changing processing parameters.

    Organocatalytic asymmetric cascade reaction is one of efficient method for construction of complexe molecular due to its environmentally friendly,atomic economy,higly efficiency and selectivity,and has become an important research subject in organic synthesis. Recently,tremendous achievements have been made in asymmetric organocatalytic cascade reactions by chiral second amine derivatives. According to the mechanism and the action of catalyst in the reaction,from two activated modes which are imine-enamine and enamine-imine,the applications of various chiral second amine derivatives to asymmetric organocatalytic cascade reactions are reviewed.

    Objective:Chooses two chlorinated paraffins products which contain different content of short chain chlorinated paraffins(SCCP)as model compound(CPsⅠ,38.22% and CPsⅡ,0.08%),compares their influence on SD male rats after continuously 14 days being exposed through oral intragastric administration,according to that,to explore whether there is special toxicity of SCCP or not.Methods:The exposing concentration are 10,50, 100 (CPsⅠ),100 (CPsⅡ)mg/kg,respectively. Results:After being exposed under two chlorinated paraffins,there is no obvious influence on food intaking and weight. CPsⅠ and CPsⅡ acute exposing,can cause hepatocyte swelling,hydropic degeneration,cytoplast loosen;and renal tubule swelling,glomerulus atrophy,glomerulus hyalinosis;and alveolar septum incrassation,inflammatory cell infiltration;and so on histopathology changes. Conclusion:Acute chlorinated paraffines exposing has toxicity to SD male rats,the effect has no significant relationship with the content of SCCP.

    Presents an iterative algorithm to compute the optimal approximation solutions of the generalized Sylvester matrix equations AXB + CXTD = E over reflexive(anti-reflexive)matrices with the hybrid steepest descent method. Whether the matrix equations AXB + CXTD = E are consistent or not,for arbitrary initial reflexive(anti-reflexive)matrix X0 ,the given algorithm can be used to compute the reflexive(anti-reflexive)optimal approximation solutions X . The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by two numerical examples.

    Points out the symbol tracking algorithm of linear programming in fact is a variant of the first stage simplex algorithm,the obtained basis has four possibilities,and illustrates with counter-examples. Beginning with the initial basis,for the normal running of symbol tracking algorithm,verifies and complements the steps of the algorithm. To further test the computational performance of symbol tracking algorithm,carries on big scale numerical test with MATLAB programming on computer. The results show that the symbol tracking algorithm averagely spends more executive time for each iteration and the computing efficiency is lower compared to the classical simplex algorithm.

    β-Bi2O3 nanosheets were synthesized by the hydrothermal method with Bi (NO33·5H2O and aquafortis as raw material,and added strong aqua ammonia as mineralizer. The materials were characterized by XRD and SEM,analysed the impact of experimental parameters on composition and morphology of the samples,and evaluated the photocatalytic performance of the sample.The results showed the β-Bi2O3 nano-sheets has high catalytic activity to methyl orange photocatalytic degradation.

    Based on the interaction of laser and dense plasma,discusses the trajectory of muon in mixture in femto-second laser field after muon catalysed fusion reaction. Here,deals with the mixture after muon catalysed fusion reaction as dense plasma,as the intervention of polarized laser beam,the muon drifts regularly. The results show that:when peak value of laser reaches 1021W/cm2,the muon has biggish drifts on the orientation of laser,it can penetrate the surface layer of the mixture,and separate from the fusion product,becomes to the free particle,the process is very short,much less than one laser pulse period. The same parameter laser intervention has very slight influence on other particles. On certain degree,it avoids the catalyst muon being catched by α -particle after catalysed fusion reaction and loses the catalytic ability,thus improves the catalytic efficiency.

    Species diversity of the endangered aquatic fern Ceratopteris pteridoides community at Hubei Longgan Lake national wetland nature reserve in China were surveyed using sample plot and α-diversity index. The main results are as follows:there were 11 plant species belonging to 10 families and 10 genera in the community in 2011,among which Zizania. Caduciflora, Hydrochai rsdubia,Eichhornia crassipes,Polygonum hydropiper,Ceratophyllum demersum and Lemna minor were dominant species. The vegetation was called Zizania caduciflora-Hydrochai rsdubia Ass. α-diversity index analysis revealed that Simpson index (D),Shannon-Wiener diversity index (H′),and Pielou evenness index(J)were 0. 846、 1. 939 and 0. 809,respectively,indicating low levels of spe? cies diversity at the community. Human disturbance might be the main factor responsible for the reduction of aquatic vegetation and biodiversity. Both establishing conservation spots and changing spots conservation are two important conservation strategies of the species.

    Objective: A self-assembled small peptide RADARADARADARADA (RADA16-1)can form a long fiber hydrogel,which has the function of surgical hemostasis,to explore the long fiber assemble dynamics and hemostasis mechanism of peptide RADA16-1. Methods: Through circular dichroism spectrum,atomic force characterization and rheological mechanics analysis,kinetics of long fiber self-assemble had been studied. Hemostatic models of spinal cord injury and liver trauma were established to study the effect of blooding control. Results:The results of circular dichroism spectrum indicated that RADA16-1 in solution was beta folding characteristics both before and after ultrasound. The results of atomic force characterization and rheological mechanics analysis showed that RADA16-1 can self-assemble into long fiber which length was about(786. 34 ± 96. 54)nm,and the long fiber assembled process of RADA16-1 was positively associated with time after ultrasound. Meanwhile,a negative correlation was detected between the long fiber length and the bleeding time in animal models. Conclusion:The small peptide RADA16-1 solution can rapidly situ hydrogelize to long fiber form,can be used in surgery as hemostatic.

    Objective: To study the expression and significance of PTEN, EGFR(epidermal growth factor receptor)and GH(human growth hormone)in endometriosis (EMs),malignant transformed endometrium of EMs and investigate the malignant mechanisms and the characteristics of EMs. Methods:Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to examine the expressions of PTEN,EGFR and GH in the eutopic,ectopic and ectopic malignant transformed endometrium of EMs. Results:The positive rate of PTEN in eutopic,ectopic and ectopic malignant transformed endometrium of EMs of 24 cases were 66. 67% (16/24),37. 50% (9/24)and 20. 00% (1/5)respectively,the positive rate in ectopic and ectopic malignant transformed endometrium of EMs was lower than that of eutopic endometrium and there was statistical difference(P < 0. 05),nevertheless the positive rate between ectopic and ectopic malignant transformed endometrium of EMs had no statistical difference(P>0. 05)which indicated that the biologic characteristic of the two lesions were similar;The positive rate of GH in eutopic,ectopic and ectopic malignant transformed endometrium of EMs were 87. 18%(102/117),85. 38% (111/130) and 80. 00% (4/5) respectively;The positive rate of EGFR in eutopic,ectopic and ectopic malignant transformed endometrium of EMs were 54. 70% (64/117),89. 23%(116/130)and 80. 00%(4/5)respectively,the positive rate in ectopic and ectopic malignant transformed endometrium of EMs were higher than that of eutopic endometrium. The positive rate of EGFR and GH in ectopic and ectopic malignant transformed endometrium of EMs were similar. Therefore suggested the diagnostic criteria of aEM(atypical endometriosis) and malignant change of EMs. Conclusion:Endometriosis possesses some features of neoplasm such as adhesion,invasion,metastasis and can transform to malignant tumor. GH, EGFR and PTEN play important role in occurrence,development and malignant transformation of EMs. Especially the down regulation or loss of PTEN accompanied simultaneously with the high expression of GH and EGFR can be viewed as the important malignant transformation mark.

    Objective: To explore the influencing non-technical factors on treatment acceptance of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom (OSAHS)patients treated with continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP),and searches the solution. Methods: Choosed 153 patients with OSAHS from March 2010 to March 2012,investigation the cognition degree and treatment intentionality of patients to OSAHS,conducted statistical analysis with investigation results. Results: The cognition degree of patients to OSAHS was still on low level,the proportion was 53.6% for holding OSAHS as disease,and 47.8% patients thought it need treatment. 47.8% patients agreed to use CPAP treatment,the agreement was higher for AHI>15 and 35-55 years old(60% and 56.45% respectively),the main reasons for disagreement were the price of respirator,the feeling of unsafety,inconvenjence,discomfort,or preference for operation,among them,especially the price of respirator. Reliability measuring scale showed the high score had high proportion,on added questions,90% choosed negative answers. Conclusion: The cognition degree is low for OSAHS patients to disease,the acceptance is bad,the high price of respirator and low trust rate to doctors are important influencing factors on treatment acceptance of OSAHS patients.

    Objective:To study the efficacy of comprehensive therapy of physiatry combined with breviscapine-asarum and aescin in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods:82 patients of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 41 cases in each group. The patients in observation group were treated with breviscapine-asarum and aescin after physiatry therapy,and the patients in control group were treated with breviscapine-asarum and aescin,the results were analysed. Results:The cure rate was 36.6% and the markedly effective rate was 56.1% in the observation group,compared with 26.8%, 43.9% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P < 0.01) . The efficacy of observation group was obviously better than control group. Conclusion:Physiatry therapy combined with breviscapine-asarum and aescin in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms and improve the curative effect.
