Abstract: With the singular value decomposition and generalized polar decomposition of matrix，this paper obtained new perturbation bounds for the semi-definite factor of generalized polar decomposition of the matrices with full column rank. The conclusions improved the previous results，and the previous results can be viewed as a special case of the new perturbation bounds.
