Determination of Toluene and Nitrobenzene Compounds in Water Environment With GC

Abstract: A gas-chromatography method for determination of toluene，nitrobenzene，o-nitrotoluene，m-nitrotoluene，p-nitrotoluene in water was established and the extraction was n-hexane. The linearity was excellent in the scope of 6.25-100μg/L. The method determination limits were 0.2-0.25 μg/L. The relative standard deviations（RSD）were less than 10%. The spiked recovery rates came to be 80%-114%。The method was simple and fast，it was suitable for the determination of samples.
