Abstract: The absorption spectrum of sodium copper chlorophyllin produced by artemisia selengensis chlorophyll modification was studied. The stability of the produced sodium copper chlorophyllin in different pH， light and heat were determined. The results showed the absorption spectrum of the sodium copper chlorophyllin from artemisia selengensis leaf pigment was consistent with the commercial sodium copper chlorophyllin， and the product had good tolerance to acid， alkali， light and heat.
