摘要: 温度胁迫是小麦生长过程中面临的主要非生物胁迫之一。当遭遇温度胁迫时,小麦的生长发育与生理代谢都会受到影响,进而导致小麦减产和品质降低。因此,对于小麦温度胁迫的抗逆性研究是小麦研究领域的热点之一。籽粒品质是衡量小麦质量好坏的重要依据之一。综述了近年来国内外关于温度胁迫对小麦籽粒品质影响的研究进展,并从品种、播种量、水肥运筹和化学调控等方面分析了不同栽培措施对小麦抵抗温度胁迫的调控效应,以期为小麦生产的高产高质高效发展提供理论支撑。

Abstract: Temperature stress is one of the main abiotic stresses in the wheat growth process. When wheat is subjected to temperature stress, wheat′s growth and physiological metabolism are affected,leading to wheat yield reduction and quality reduction. Therefore,the study of wheat resistance(high and low temperature)is also one of the hot spots in the wheat research field. Grain quality is one of the important bases for measuring wheat quality. In this paper,the research progress on the effects of temperature stress on wheat grain quality was reviewed,and the effects of different cultivation measures on wheat resistance to temperature stress were analyzed from the aspects of variety,sowing amount,water and fertilizer regulation,chemical regulation,to provide theoretical support for the development of high yield,high quality and high efficiency of wheat production.
