中国菜豆凝集素序列的亲缘性分析

摘要: 菜豆凝集素可专一与寡糖结合,是其发挥凝血及杀虫功能的主要原因。将菜豆凝集素序列和其他豆科凝集素进行序列对比,发现菜豆凝集素与豇豆凝集素序列相似度最高。对不同国家产地凝集素序列进行对比分析,发现菜豆凝集素高度保守,高度相似氨基酸残基达到74%,中国株菜豆凝集素序列与马来西亚株菜豆凝集素相似度最高,进化树分析显示中国株菜豆凝集素其亲缘性追溯为发源于美洲(美国),经东南亚(马来西亚)传入中国,这与菜豆传入中国的历史相符合。

Abstract: The Phaseolus vulgaris agglutinin(PHA)can be combined with the oligosaccharides specially,which plays an important role on the coagulation and insecticidal function. The leguminous plants lectin sequences were compared,the common bean sequences showed the highest similarity to the cowpea lectin sequences. The common bean lectin sequences in different regions were analyzed by ClustalX2.1 and Mega7.0,the similarity in the common bean lectin sequences was about 74% and the Chinese common bean lectin showed the high affinity with Malysia common bean lectin. The phylogenetic tree results showed the common bean lectin was originated from America and came into China through Southeast Asia(Malaysia),which is in accordance with the common bean history records.
