Abstract: Objective To evaluate the diagnosis value of color Doppler ultrasonography in gastrointestinal neoplasms. Methods 30 cases of gastrointestinal tumors were diagnosed by operation or biopsy in Xiangzhou Peoples′s Hospital. The clinical and ultrasonographic data were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 30 patients were diagnosed，there were 3 cases of gastric lymphoma，4 cases of small intestinal leiomyosarcoma，3 cases of gastric leiomyosarcoma，7 cases of colorectal malignant stromal tumor，13 cases of gastric colonic adenocarcinoma，color Doppler ultrasound and qualitative diagnostic accuracy were 93. 3% . Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography is useful for the diagnosis of gastrointestinal neoplasms. It is easy to operate，has less pain and high diagnostic accuracy. It is worthy to be widely used in clinic.
