基于微信公众号的医学检验仪器故障智能问诊系统

Intelligent Fault Diagnosis System for Medical Laboratory Instruments Based on WeChat Subscription

摘要: 针对医学检验仪器新入职维修人员因经验不足,难以胜任维修工作的突出问题,为了辅助其较早胜任维修工作,通过行业专家访谈、文献整理等多种渠道收集各类仪器的故障排查经验,并将其整理、转化为图灵机器人自定义语料库。在此基础上,以微信公众号为交互前端,图灵机器人为故障问诊后台,采用Flask Web 服务器框架编写微信公众号与图灵机器人间的交互程序,设计了一款医学检验仪器故障智能问诊系统。经实际运行测试,显示其运行稳定,能为维修人员提供可靠的维修建议。

Abstract: In view of the outstanding problem that the newly recruited maintenance personnel for medical laboratory instruments are not competent for the maintenance work because of their insufficient experience,in order to assist for their early competence in maintenance work,the experiences of fault detection of various instruments were collected through interviews with industrial experts,literature collation and other channels,and they were sorted out and transformed into a Turing Robot Custom Corpus. On this basis,we used WeChat subscription as the interactive front- end and Turing Robot as the fault diagnosis back- end server,Flask Web server framework was used to build the interactive bridge between WeChat subscription and Turing Robot;an intelligent fault diagnosis system for medical laboratory instruments was designed. The actual operation test showed that it ran steadily,and it can provide reliable maintenance suggestions for maintenance personnel.
