摘要: 金相显微分析实验是高等院校机械类和材料类专业必修的一门专业基础实验课,为了解决传统金相实验中图谱识别不清、实验环境嘈杂等不足,开发研究了基于LAN 和图像识别技术的金相互动实验平台。平台采用C/S 软件结构,利用Visual C#进行开发,分教师端和学生端,通过图像识别技术分辨金相显微镜下观察到的金相组织和相对百分含量,自动生成金相分析实验报告。整个过程学生端可通过LAN 进行提问,教师端随时查看学生端遇到的各种问题,并提供及时有效的指导。成功提交实验报告中的金相图谱可为金相学的发展提供大数据支持。

Abstract: Metallographic microscopic analysis experiment is one of the required courses of mechanical and material engineering in colleges and universities. In order to solve the problems such as the lack of map recognition, the experimental environment and so on,the paper presents a metallographic interactive experimental platform based on LAN and image recognition technology. The platform uses C/S software structure and Visual C# for programming,which is divided into teachers client and students client. Students client can distinguish the metallographic structure and the relative percentage content under metallurgical microscope by image recognition technology,then the metallographic analysis experiment can be automatically generated. Throughout the course of the experiment,students can ask questions through the LAN. Teachers client can view software interface of students client for providing advice timely and efficiently. Metallographic atlas of experiment report submitted successfully can provide data support for the development of metallography.
