ZnO纳米片薄膜的合成、表征及其光学性质

摘要: 采用水热法在修饰有ZnO种子层的石英玻璃衬底上制备出ZnO纳米片薄膜。利用场发射扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、透射电镜和荧光光谱仪对样品的形貌、结构和光致发光性质进行表征和分析,探讨了其形成机理。结果表明,制备的ZnO纳米片为六方纤锌矿型单晶结构,具有沿< 101 ˉ0>方向的择优取向,其室温下的光致发光谱由尖锐的紫外发光峰(380 nm处)和较宽的可见发光带组成,其中可见光发射可以拟合为中心分别位于550、620和760 nm处的3个发光峰。

Abstract: ZnO nanosheet films were synthesized on quartz glass substrates with ZnO seed-layers with a hydrothermal method. Their morphologies,structures,and optical properties were investigated with scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer,transmission electron microscope and photoluminescence spectrometer,the possible growth mechanism was explored. The results show that these ZnO nanosheets are single crystalline with hexagonal wurtzite structure, they prefer?entially grow along the < 101 ˉ0 > directions. The room-temperature photoluminescence spectrum are composed of a sharp ultraviolet emission peak(380 nm)and a wide visible emission band. The visible emission band can be divided into three emission peaks centered around 550,620 and 760 nm,respectively.
