We Must Stick to the Centralization of Taking Marxism as Guiding Ideology

If we want to stick to Marxism, first of all, we must be clear about what Marxism is and master and know Marxism from the aspects as its theoretical system, theoretic nature, basic stand and theoretic speciality. Marxism is not only the guiding ideology of Communist Party of China, but also the soul of the socialist core value. It is the social nature of China decided by the position of Communist Party of China as a party in power and by its position of the core leadership. If we are to treat Marxism scientifically, we must stick to the centralization taking Marxism as guiding ideology by opposing diversification of guiding ideology and put together sticking to and developing Marxism.

Northeast Asia is one of the most active regions in the world economic development, but regional conflicts and contradiction have brought problems concerning the regional development. Dialogue and cooperation mechanism are an international system with the characteristics of flexibility, pragmatism and coordination. It is with practical and theoretical significance in the political stability and economic development of the region. It is feasible to construct the mechanism in the northeast Asian region, but the basic principles as equality and mutual benefit, political mutual trust, harmony without uniformity, regional identity should be followed.

The occurrence of emergency results from the irresistible natural cause and anthropogenic factor. The consequence is not only leading to serious economic damage to the society, but also making serious psychological harm to the miners, their relations, rescuing people and the public. Thus, the project of spiritual help system for emergency of coal mines should be established. Besides guarantee of law and regulation, fund and persons for the system, we can adopt various rescuing methods and try our best to minimize the spiritual harm by the emergency, so as to promote the harmonious development of the society.

The policy of closing the country was gravely pushed forward in the Mid-Qing Dynasty period, which brought tremendous detriment to China. The Opium War had opened gate of China to the outside world, but the Qing Dynasty government still held the diplomatic principle of the dynasty; the ruling class still carried out its close diplomatic policy. The principle and the policy began to be changed until the Second Opium War. Chinese diplomacy gradually broke through the close of the medieval age, and began to be with the contemporary breath, but the break did not mean the end of the close outlook. After the period, the consciousness emerged now and then inside the ruling class.

The success of constructing the environment friendship-type society of Singapore is known in the worldwide scope. The achievement is the result of multi-participation of government, individuals, non-government organizations, and the enterprises. The Singaporean experience is of important revelation to the construction of “two-type society” in Wuhan Urban Circle, i. e. in constructing environment friendship-type society, taking government as main guidance is the base, multi-participation is the key, and the application of multi-policy is the short-cut.

The work about talents is of great importance in the government personnel resource management, and the reasonable salary system for the talents will provide the sound guarantee for attracting and retaining talents. Because of government’s duality of manageability and serviceability, the salary system made out by the government will also show the differences in demand, i. e. the salary of the government talents should be with accountability and sociality. In the process of making out the salary for the talents, the government can make the balance between accountability salary and sociality salary by the way of post assessment and consulting market salary so as to the systematical unity of the two.

Empirical research on the shifting of the control right among listed companies taking place in 2005 to 2007 in Shenzhen Stock Exchange shows that the profit level of the controlling shareholders’ dominant control right is negatively correlated with the average level concerning the quality of information-disclose during the shifting of the control right and positively correlated with controlling the end controllers’ share and with the profit of dominant control right. The research shows that to strengthen the inspection on information-disclose during the shifting of listed companies’ control right and to establish the check and balance structure of controlling the end controllers’ share can control the share profit level of the dominant controllers by harming the medium and small investors.
