摘要: 新加坡的职业技术教育非常注重对学员进行创新精神和能力的培养,取得了举世瞩目的成就。其创新教育成功的经验主要包括:观念因素、实践因素、教学因素、校园文化因素以及整体文明因素,这五个方面形成了新加坡职业院校创新教育发展的生命力,这些成功因素对改进我国的职业教育起到了一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract: Singaporean vocational and technical education pays great attention to the cultivation of students’ innovation spirits and abilities and has made remarkable achievements. The factors for the success in innovation education include: concept factor, practice factor, teaching factor, campus cultural factor and entire civilization factor, which constitute vitality for the development of innovation education in Singaporean vocational education and are referential to improving our country’s vocational education
