Abstract: The construction of practical base is an important part of the reform of practice teaching in universities. With the example of oil-gas storage and transportation specialty in Wuhan University of Technology，the main problems existing in the practical base were analyzed，and the multiple-pattern idea of building the practical base based on the school-enterprise cooperation mode and powered by the project of industry-university-research cooperation was put forward.
