The skill of using brush and ink has been an important criterion in judging the levels of Chinese literati’ s paintings，but most theories just stop at describing their surface features；virtually in the history of Chinese art，there has been an implied“potential perspective”or musical perspective that is applied in both the practice and research of paintings. Chinese literati's paintings have the characters of music abstraction and emotional expression. In history，since the Mid Northern Song Dynasty，literati’ s paintings have started to emphasize music spirit；the formal rhythm and the spiritual height of music is hidden behind the rhythm，melody，harmony，musical space，and emotional noumenon. The rhythm of presenting vigor in grace，the melodious“dragon vain”push-pull switching，and the harmonic but distinguishable ink，all create a music space. The musical nature of paintings reaches the depth of“emotional noumenon”and the highest state of music：vividness in the quiet depth of field.

It has been judicially dilemmatic how to treat the suspects who have promptly returned their bribery；in current practice，they have either received“lenient treatment”or are pronounced“not guilty”of criminal charges. While the“not guilty”treatment is legitimately doubtful，it has obvious policy effectiveness and is in favor of the accused. This treatment is in contradiction with the theory of accomplished crime as “prompt refunding” is not categorized as the effective recovery of an accomplished crime or the discontinuation of a crime. Prompt refunding only applies in the circumstance of accepting rather than requiring bribery，thus it is different from proactive surrendering ill-gotten gains. Its essence lies in the lack of intention to take bribery. The legitimacy of“prompt”refunding needs to be resolved through criminal law amendment to define the period of time and the proactive，positive，and effective nature of the action.

By 2023，rural land contract relationship will have realized being permanently unchanged in China. On the basis of analytic paradigm of the new period’ s rural land“three rights division”，the most important is the permanent rural land contract relationship. Compared with“long term stability”，permanent unchangeableness is both “infinite” and “conditional” and one of the key conditions is “family continuation” . The institutional design will inevitably involve the issues of inheritance，exit，and reallocation.The inheritance mode can be summarized as automatic family extension，termination of inheritance due to family migration or cross - community relocation，the inheritance of dependents from“five- guarantee”families，and business rights affiliated to contract rights etc.；the exit mode can be summarized as reasonable compensation for exit due to cross-community relocation，which can be paid either before or after exit；the reallocation mode can be summarized as immediate or queuing allocation，allocation after setting a minimum individual share，equivalent transfer of exit cost，etc. These measures can not only realize permanent unchangeableness of the land contract relationship，but also take care of the fairness and efficiency among rural communities，large- scale land management，equality between males and females，intergenerational fairness，and the protection of land rights and interests.

The relationship between “innate nature” and“education” has been an eternal theme of psychology. While behind of this academic dispute over which takes the leading position， researchers often ignore such a fundamental issue of how ordinary people comprehend the relationship between the two. It is，therefore，necessary to reveal these concepts from their perspective in the folk context.“Sui” is a common psychological concept in the Chinese folk context，similar to heredity in meaning and suggestive of“who one has inherited this of that from” . It was a fuzzy and intuitive concept formed by the majority of the Chinesespeaking people based on their everyday observation and their own worldly experiences before the Western genetics was introduced to China. It has directional characteristics to extract“sui”from the Chinese folk context，promote it to be a indigenous psychological concept，and to use it to enrich the concept bank of the “Chinese psychology” . This effort represents a transformation of the indigenous Chinese psychology toward the“substantial psychology” . In this process， work needs to be done to clarify the meaning of“sui”and other similar words or concepts，and analyze its indigenous psychological implication and related theoretical issues.

Through hidden observation，the author of this paper investigated the administrative service centers of Chaidian District and the Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is found that the staff in both centers use Mandarin more often when receiving citizens than when passively responding to questions. From the perspective of genders，both centers have experienced a higher frequency of using Mandarin among the male than the female to a balanced situation. Mandarin was less used among the middle and older aged than the young at the beginning，and later all staff are able to use Mandarin. This change greatly benefits from the vigorous popularization of the national language policy，the positive promotion of local policies，and the enhancement of citizens’language awareness as well.

The modern Western subject-object dualism in philosophy reflects the modern needs but breaks the integration of the ancient Greek traditional world view and，as a result，has brought about the crisis of Western science and the loss of meaning for the world of everyday language. To overcome the defect of dualism，Husserl and Wittgenstein have respectively created the postmodern concepts of“life- world”and “form of life”；the connection of meanings manifests the integrative feature of world outlook. According to Husserl，this meaningful connection of the subject and the object is“foundational”，which presents the emergence of the life-world —— the significance of science；according to Wittgenstein，it is a“form of life” presented（or described）through“linguistic games” . They both have made great contribution to overcoming the crisis of modern science and civilization as well as saving the meanings of the everyday language.
