Language Generation of A/H1N1 Flu

Abstract: The static state of language is relative,while dynamic absolute. The actual term change from “swine flu”to“A /H1N1 influenza” shows that the language can be generated through the rectilinear “basis, amendment,generation ”process. It also undergoes the psychological cognitive process from speech to language.
