Abstract: There are the consanguineous relations between the victory and failure of a family enterprise and the entrepreneurship of that enterprise. The core ofentrepreneurship is innovation. In order to foster entrepreneurship in family enterprise, it is imperative to create the environment helpful to innovation, to set up the system to encourage innovation, to and create the ambiance to bear a failure.
