Abstract: Law language refers to the practical application of the national language to law-making and law enforcement, and to scientific research of law. Law language is resulted from the influence on the language exerted by the ruling classes andmainstream societies via law and lawyers through the ages. As a technical language being different from the natural language, law language has its own featuresin its absorption and application of the natural language. Technically, both inthe arrangement of ideas in speech and in presentation sequence, it manifests its distinctive feature different from languages used in other fields.
