Abstract: It has become an important financing form for the listed company to issue negotiable bonds, and the issue is generally guaranteed by the commercial bank. As a result of the competition for the service among commercial banks, there arise the questions of mismatch between earnings and risks, and otherwise. The present article analyses the earnings and risks in the service of negotiable bonds and thereupon puts forward some suggestions.
