Abstract: Today’s mass media in literature has changed its role, from the route of transmission, tool intermediary, to the function body. To taking Liaoning children literature as research sample, under the context of mass media, to combine its development status and level ,to indicate its future development direction, is to discuss the internal and external influence of the mass media on the artistic expression of children literature. As a kind of power discourse, mass media has restriction and limitations, but also liberation and promotion to Liaoning children literature artistic expression.
