Abstract: The policy practice progress of the web cultural industry in our country is embodied in the law-making progress of the web cultural industry, i. e. in three different stages: the earlier stage of web policy management (from 1987 to 1993), the primary stage of web policy management (from 1994 to 1998) and developing stage of web policy management (from 1999 to present time). Compared with the web legislation and policy making of other countries, the web legislation and policy making of our country is timely and rapid, which leads to the profound influence on practice of the web cultural industry in our country.
