Abstract: Lingual people and language ecological environment are intertwined. Lingual people，as a technical term ，has been widely used by modern linguistics scholars . The role of lingual people，as a pragm atics subject to construct a good language ecological environment，is unparalleled. Lingual people have strong plasticity，which has distinctive characteristics. Language ecology environment determines dynamic trend of pragmatics subject；competition between languages determ ines the pragm atics vitality of pragmatics subject；language ecological variation determines pragmatic changes of pragmatics subject. To concern about the competition and cooperation of lingual people，to concern about the language attitude of lingual people，is an important task of the language ecology.
