摘要: 近年来随着我国旅游业发展迅速,很多景点都配备英文资料供游客参考,但景点资料的翻译质量参差不齐。由于中西方文化存在较大差异,不恰当的翻译资料会令外国游客产生文化误解,无法达到旅游预期的目的。从跨文化交际的角度来看,旅游活动是跨文化交际的重要方式,语言则是文化传播的载体。跨文化翻译策略是保证旅游文本翻译实现其功能和目的有效手段。因此,要想提高旅游景点资料翻译的质量,其根本在于译者跨文化意识的形成和培养。

Abstract: With the development of tourist industry, foreign tourist can find English tourist easily. However, the quality of these translations is not satisfying. Because there are many differences between Chinese and western culture, inappropriate translation will lead to misunderstanding and can not realize the expected target. From the perspective of cross-cultural communication, tourism activities is an important way of cross-cultural communication, language is the carrier of cultural transmission. Cross-cultural translation strategy is helpful to ensure that the tourism text translation could achieve its purpose. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of the translation of tourism, it requests the translators to increase their cross-cultural consciousness.
