Abstract: We design and implement the mobile system which contains communication of teachers and students，teaching management and students′ ability test，based on the technology of Javaweb and PHP on the server side，and Android 4. 4 on the client side. The system includes community subsystem，task subsystem，test subsystem，video demand and download subsystem. In the aspect of data storage，the server use MySQL database，while the client use SQLite database. The system function is tested with Android Junit，the results show that the system meet the design requirements.
