Abstract: As the optimal solution of the clustering problem is usually related to the person′s field of view，this paper proposes an objective function containing a visual parameter can be designed in the clustering problem. Experimental results show that the function works well to compare clustering results of the same dataset with different number of cluster centers，and usually figures out the optimal solution as expects.
