摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的 观察多潘立酮联合铝碳酸镁治疗大学生急性单纯性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 将360例急性单纯性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各180 例。对照组给予铝碳酸镁片嚼服；治疗组给予多潘立酮联合铝碳酸镁治疗。观察两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果 治疗组总有效率为95. 56%明显高于对照组总有效率85. 56%，差异具有统计学意义（ χ2 =10. 523 ，P = 0. 001）。结论 多潘立酮联合铝碳酸镁治疗急性单纯性胃炎的临床疗效显著高于单一药物治疗组，且无不良反应发生，值得临床推广。

Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of domperidone combined with hydrotalcite in the treatment of acute simple gastritis in undergraduate students. Methods 360 cases of acute simple gastritis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，180 patients in each group. The control group was given hydrotalcite，and the treatment group was treated with domperidone combined with hydrotalcite. The clinical symptoms、laboratory indicators and the clinical efficacy were observed．Results The total efficiency for patients in the control group was 85. 56% ，while for patients in the treatment group was 95.56%. The clinical total efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（ χ2 =10. 523，P =0. 001）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of domperidone combined with hydrotalcite in the treatment of acute simple gastritis is significantly higher than the single drug treatment group，and there was no adverse reaction，it is worth popularizing and using.
