摘要: 现代工艺流程控制过程中,产业要求工艺过程具有可视化、智能化及网络化等特点,能够根据设备运行的实时参数进行分析并及时判断设备的运行状态。研究了离子氮化炉的典型故障信息,利用QTouch 组态技术、可编程控制器技术及传感器技术等构建了离子氮化炉的状态监测和故障诊断系统。通过实验测试,结果显示该系统可以对整个氮化工艺系统进行状态检测,实现了对系统故障信息的诊断、报警提示等功能。

Abstract: In the process control of modern technics,the industry requires visualization,intellectualization and networking of the process,so that it can timely analyse and judge the running status of the equipment in accordance with the real-time running parameters. The author analyzed the typical failure of ion nitriding furnace,via both hardware and software to implement the ion nitriding furnace fault diagnosis system. The condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system of ion nitriding furnace was constructed with QTouch configuration technology,programmable controller technology and sensor technology. The experimental results showed that the system could detect the state of the entire nitriding process system,completed the system fault information diagnosi,alarm,prompt and other functions.
