喷嘴雾化液滴D 50 值不确定评价与分析

摘要: 喷嘴广泛应用于湿法脱硫、 除尘等设备中, 雾化液滴中位粒径D 50 是评价喷嘴雾化的重要参数。对孔径分别为 1. 44 μm和 0. 46 μm的喷嘴进行不同压力、 距离雾化实验, 并采用不确定度的评价方法评估了雾化液滴 D 50 值的不确定度。实验和评价结果表明: 尽管喷嘴使用条件改变, 雾化液滴 D 50 值存在着较大的差别, 但相同条件下雾化液滴的D 50 偏差不大, 合成不确定度值小于5. 00 μm。进一步说明雾化液滴D 50 值是由喷嘴结构所决定, 用D 50 指导喷嘴选择是可靠的。

Abstract: Nozzle is widely applied in the devices of wet desulphurization,dust removal and others ,the D50 of the atomized droplets is the key parameter to evaluate the nozzle. Atomization experiments of different pressure and distance for the nozzle with the apertures of 1 . 44 μm and 0 . 46 μm were carried on ,and the uncertainty values of the D50 of the atomized droplets are calculated with uncertainty evaluation method. The experiment and evaluation results indicate,the D50 value of the atomized droplets changes a lot with the change of atomized conditions ,but the deviation of the D50 values inthe same conditions is small with the maximum value of measure of uncertainty being 5 μ m.And the further conclusion is that the D50 of the atomized droplets is determined by the structure of nozzle,and it is reliable to guide these lection of nozzle with D50.
