超重力旋转床转子填料形状对传质系数的影响

Influence of Rotor Packing Shape on Mass Transfer Coefficient in Rotating Packed Bed

摘要: 以水吸收空气中的丙酮为体系,不锈钢丝网为填料,实验研究了超重力旋转床转子填料形状对体积传质系数的影响。考察了转子形状在不同转速n、气量Vg、液量VL下的吸收效果。研究结果表明:在转速为630 r/min,液量为100 L/h,气量为2 m3/h时,薄转子是厚转子单位体积填料体积传质系数的2. 1倍;在转速为630 r/min液量为100 L/h,气量为2. 5 m3/h时,薄转子是厚转子单位体积填料体积传质系数的2. 3倍;说明在填料体积相近的情况下,转子填料做成半径大、厚度小的形状,有利于传质过程。

Abstract: Based on acetone-H2O system,with stainless steel as filling,the influence of the rotorpacking shape on the mass transfer coefficient in the rotating packed bed was investigated. Furthermore,the absorption performance was also obtained under the experimental condition of the rotational speed of 630 r/min,the gas flow rate of 2 m3/h and the liquid flow rate of 100 L/h in the rotating packed bed with different packing rotor shape. The experimental results showed that the volumetric mass transfer coefficient Kyα per unit volume packing of the thin rotor was 2. 1 times of the thick rotor. Furthermore,when the gas flow rate was 2. 5 m3/h,Kyα per unit volume packing of the thin rotor was 2. 3 times of the thick rotor. The results indicated that the rotor packing shape of the large radius and small thickness were advantageous to the mass transfer process when packing volume was similar.
