气-液分布导流片对超重力旋转床吸收性能的研究

Absorption Performance of Rotating Packed Bed with Gas-Liquid Distribution Inducer

摘要: 以CO2-NaOH体系为研究对象,研究了超重力旋转床内构件中气-液分布导流片对吸收性能的影响。重点考察了3种不同气-液分布导流片对超重力旋转床中NaOH对CO2吸收过程的流动特性、传质性能的研究。实验结果表明,不同的气-液分布导流片对流体在超重力旋转床中的流动性能产生一定的影响,当采用顺时针偏转的液体分布导流片、径向无偏转的气体分布导流片时,气液两相为顺流接触,可增长液体吸收剂与气体接触时间,获得较好的传质效果。以CO2-NaOH体系为研究对象,传质系数为不添加气-液分布导流片的2. 83倍,CO2的脱除率可从43. 34%提高到80.00%。

Abstract: Based on CO2-NaOH system,the absorption performances of rotating packed bed with the gas-liquid distribution inducer were investigated. Furthermore,the characteristics of the absorbent flow and the performance of mass transfer resulted from the three different installation forms and structures of the gas-liquid distribution inducer were discussed. The experimental results showed that the absorption performance of rotating packed bed could be influenced by the installation of the liquid distribution inducer,when used the liquid distribution inducer in clockwise deflection and the gas distribution inducer in radial without deflection,the gas and liquid two phase were downflow contact,it can prolong the contact time of liquid absorbent and gas,obtained better mass transfer effect. Based on CO2-NaOH system, the mass transfer coefficient in the rotating packed bed with gas-liquid distribution inducer could be 2. 83 times than that without the inducers,and the removing rate of CO2 was increased from 43. 34% to 80. 00%.
