摘要: 光纤涂料对保护光纤,稳定光纤传输性能具有重要作用,是通信光纤使用中不可缺少的重要组成部分。随着光纤的应用领域变得广泛、应用环境变得复杂,各种新型光纤涂料得到了突飞猛进的发展。采用有机氟、有机硅、聚氨酯以及环氧树脂等对固化原料进行有效改性是研究的热点。在固化方式上,利用混杂聚合方式有效地解决了单种聚合方式存在的不足。综述了近年来紫外光固化新型光纤涂料的国内外发展现状,并展望了其发展前景。

Abstract: Fiber coatings is important in the field of protecting fibre-optical and stabilizing its transmission performance. It is an indispensable component in the use of optical fiber communication. Various of new fiber coatings have been developed rapidly when the application is widespreading and the application environment becames more complex. Using organic fluorine,organic silicone,polyurethane and epoxy resin on the materials for effective modification is a hotspot research. The utilization of hybrid aggregation method can effectively solve the single mode of polymerization deficiencies in the way of curing. Reviews the recent advance of UV-curable new type of optical fiber coating at home and abroad,and prospects its development.
