液滴静电联合作用的亚微米气溶胶粒子净化效率分析

Collection Efficiency Analysis for Submicrometer Aerosol Particulates in Wet Electrostatice Precipitator

摘要: 基于湿式静电除尘器中水滴和亚微米颗粒的运动分析,建立液滴静电场作用下捕捉亚微米颗粒模型,综合亚微米颗粒的电场净化和拦截碰撞净化两种机制,给出了不同捕捉水滴直径下的亚微米净化效率。结果显示湿式静电除尘器对亚微米颗粒的去除效率在98%以上,而且湿式静电除尘器的液滴直径小于湿式机械除尘器中液滴直径,理论分析结果和文献报道实验数据基本一致。

Abstract: By analyzing for the fine particulate and water droplet forced,a model for submicrometer particulate collected is setup. The collection of the submicrometer particulate is calculated theoretically combining the electrostatic,interception and impaction. The fraction collection curve of submicrometer particulate versus particle diameter under the different water droplet diamete is given out. Results show that the collection efficiency of the submicrometer particle is more than 98%,and the water droplet is less than that of the wet mechanical dust collector,and calculation is consistent within range of error.
