O3同时去除SO2和NO的研究

摘要: 将N2、 O2、 NO、 SO2 气体按一定比例混合成模拟工业烟气,将混合气体与O3 同时通入反应器中。实验中,考察O3/NO物质的量之比、温度以及不同的吸收液对脱硫脱硝的影响。实验结果表明,液相中O3对NO能有效氧化,然而SO2的存在对NO的去除具有一定的负面影响。当O3/NO=1时,NO的去除率达到93.12%;Na2CO3溶液替代蒸馏水作为吸收液时,有利于NO和SO2的去除;当温度在20~60 ℃范围内,NO和SO2的去除率呈逐渐下降的趋势,但影响不大。

Abstract: The gases such as N2,O2,NO and SO2 were mixed at a certain ratio in the lab to simulate industry flue gas. The simulated flue gas and ozone were put to ozone reactor. The effects of the parameters such as O3/NO mole ratio,temperature and different absorption solution on removal efficiencies of NO and SO2 were studied. The experimental results showed that NO can be oxidized efficiently by O3 in liquid phase,while the existence of SO2 has a negative impact on the removal of NO. Under the condition of O3/ NO=1,the NO removal efficiency is 93.12%. When the absorption solution was changed from distilled water to Na2CO3 solution,the removal efficiencies of NO and SO2 increased. It can be found that the removal efficiencies of NO and SO2 appeared to have a slight decline trend at 20~60℃,but the change is not big.
