摘要: 针对目前处于半自动化状态的制绳行业,提出制绳机械设备的自动化改造方案。介绍了一种基于PLC和伺服电机控制的细绳卷绕成型机的设计方案,详细阐述了细绳卷绕成型机电气部分的软硬件设计,着重分析了伺服电机在细绳卷绕成型机卷绕头位置控制中的应用。该设备具有制绳工艺柔性化、用户操作简单、修改工艺参数方便、生产效率提高等优点。

Abstract: Mainly in view of the present half automation state of the rope-making industry,raises a automation reconstruction scheme of the rope-making machinery,introduces a design project of rope coiling machine based on PLC and servo motor control,and presents a software and hardware design of electric part of string coiling machine in details,then focuses on the servo motor's application on the coiling head's position control of the rope coiling machine. The advantages of the machine are rope-making process more flexible,users' operation more simple,modifying process parameters easier,the design upgrades the producing efficiency.
