摘要: 对电致塑性微观机制的研究现状进行综合评述,讨论了漂移电子在电场作用下形成的电子风力对可动位错密度、分布和结构的影响,对堆垛层错能的影响,对显微组织的影响,同时对现有的研究理论基础进行了总结,最后对金属电致塑性的应用及所面临的技术问题进行了分析。

关键词: 电致塑性效应, 漂移电子, 位错, 脉冲电流, 电致塑性加工

Abstract: Offers a comprehensive evaluation of the mechanism research of electro-plastic effect. Introduces the influence of electronic wind emerging from drift electron under application of electric field to the density,distribution,structure of movable dislocation,to the stacking fault energy and to the microstructure,and also makes a summary of the existing theoretical research of electro-plastic effect. At last,the prospect of electro-plastic effect and problems to be solved are analysed.
