摘要: 用光栅、霍尔片、同名磁极、数显游标卡尺和改装后的迈克尔逊干涉仪组合成光电放大位移综合测微仪。在此仪器上用光栅放大位移法、霍尔式微位移传感器法和干涉条纹放大位移法测量微小长度。

Abstract: Investigated a opto-electrical amplifier displacement composite amesdial which is composed of grating, hall element, homopolar magnet, digital caliper and converted Michelson interferometer. Three different ways of measuring tiny distance (grating amplifying displacement method, hall tiny distance transducer method and interference fringe amplifying displacement method) are applied with the equipment.
