荸荠皮提取物的提取条件研究

Extracting Condition of Extraction of Eleocharis Tuberosa Peel

摘要: 用不同提取溶剂对荸荠皮粉进行加热浸提,优选适宜提取溶剂,在单因素试验的基础上,用正交试验法优选提取适宜工艺条件;同时探讨了不同颗粒大小和不同产地荸荠皮粉的提取效果。结果表明浸提溶剂为36%的乙酸,料液比为1∶12,浸提温度为50℃,浸提时间为4h,浸提2次的条件下获得的荸荠皮提取物最多;荸荠皮粉直径越小浸提获得的提取物越多;通过对湖北孝感产的荸荠皮与广西产的荸荠皮在不提取条件下浸提获得的提取物进行比较,说明不同产地的荸荠皮在不提取条件下对提取物是有影响的。

Abstract: Uses different extractant to heat and extract eleocharis tuberosa peel powder, optimizes the best extractant, on the basis of single factor experiment, orthogonal test is used to optimize the technological conditions; meanwhile, discusses the extracting effect of peel of different particle size and different production place. The results show that the extraction reaches the highest level under the conditions that the extractant is 36% acetic acid, material-solution ratio is 1∶12(g∶mL), extracting temperature is 50℃, extracting time is 4 hours, for 2 times extracting; the extraction is more as the peel powder is smaller; through the comparision of peel produced in Hubei and Guangxi, illustrates under different extracting condictions, the production place of peel has influence to extract.
