Data Modeling Method of DC Brushless Fan Based on PSpice

摘要: 由于直流无刷风扇采用的电机不同,其电气特性也存在差异,PSpice仿真软件中很难找到合适的PSpice模型,设计者将经常进行创建或修改模型的操作,而传统建模的方法过程烦琐,工作量大且不易掌握。提出一种根据直流无刷风扇的实际工作参数,快速创建PSpice模型的新方法,通过此方法能快捷建立较高精度的仿真模型,有效解决PSpice仿真模型库缺失的问题。

Abstract: Due to the electrical characteristics of the DC brushless fans with different motors are various, it is difficult to find the appropriate PSpice models for them in PSpice simulation software. The designers should be establish or revise models, which is a complicated process. This paper proposes a new method for establishing the PSpice model of DC brushless fan quickly, which according to the real work parameters. The simulation model with high precision could be established easily by this method, and it provides a way to solve the problem of shortage in PSpice model storehouse.
