Experimental Study on Friction and Wear Rate of Alumina Ceramics

摘要: 以氧化铝陶瓷为研究对象, 通过实验的方法, 阐述了氧化铝陶瓷的制备工艺, 研究了不同质量分数的主要添加剂、 烧结温度、 载荷、 转速对氧化铝陶瓷材料摩擦磨损特性的影响. 研究结果表明陶瓷材料的磨损率是很低的, 在工业产品中陶瓷作为耐磨材料的应用前景很广阔.

Abstract: To take alumina ceramics as researching object, using experimental method, illustrates the preparation process of alumina ceramics, researches the influence factors to friction and wear feature of alumina ceramics including additive concentration, sintering temperature, loading weight, speed of rotation.The study results showed that the wear rate of ceramics was low. In industrial products, the ceramics as wear-resistant material has a good prospect.
