膨润土改性及其在印染废水处理中的应用

摘要: 采用硫酸和CTMAB对膨润土进行活化改性处理, 研究了改性膨润土对印染废水处理效果及影响因素.结果表明改性膨润土对印染废水的处理能力明显增强, 吸附时间、 温度、 pH值和膨润土用量是影响吸附效果的主要因素, 改性膨润土对印染废水的吸附规律较好符合Freundlich吸附等温式.

Abstract: The treatment effect and influence factors to printing and dyeing wastewater was investigated under different conditions using 10% CTMAB and 20% H2SO4 modified bentonite. The experimental results showed that modified bentonite could enhance evidently removal efficiencies of color and COD. Some factors affecting treatment efficiency included absorption time, temperature, pH and bentonite consumption. The adsorption isotherms were described by means of the Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms and the Freundlich model represented the adsorption process better than the Langmuir model.
