滇南美登木总三萜提取工艺研究

摘要: 目 的 筛选滇南美登木中总三萜最优提取工艺。方 法 以齐墩果酸为对照品,滇南美登木中总三萜含量为指标,用 5% 香草醛-冰醋酸、高氯酸显色,采用紫外分光光度法考察了提取方法、提取时间、料液比、提取次数、超声功率等五种因素对滇南美登木总三萜提取的影响,并对最佳提取工艺进行验证。结 果 滇南美登木总三萜提取最佳工艺条件为超声法提取,时间60 min,料液比(g/mL)为 1∶20,提取 1 次,超声功率设定为 450 W,所得总三萜含量为 23. 99 mg/g。 结 论 最优提取工艺条件操作简单、易行,为进一步研究滇南美登木化学成分和药理活性提供了一定的实验依据。

Abstract: Objective To select the optimal extraction process of total triterpenoids from Maytenus austroyunnanensis S. J. Pei et Y. H. Li. Methods With oleanolic acid as the reference substance,the total triterpenoid content in Maytenus. austroyunnanensis as the index,the color developed with 5% vanillin-glacial acetic acid and perchloric acid,the effects of five factors,such as extraction method,extraction time,solid-liquid ratio, extraction times, and ultrasonic power, on the extraction of total triterpenoids from Maytenus. austroyunnanensis were investigated by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and the optimal extraction process was verified.Results The optimum technological conditions for the extraction of total triterpenes from Maytenus. austroyunnanensis were as follows:ultrasonic extraction for 60 min,the solid-liquid ratio(g/mL)of 1∶20,extraction once,the ultrasonic power of 450 W,and the content of total triterpenoids was 23. 99 mg/g. Conclusion The optimal extraction conditions are simple and easy to operate, which provides a certain experimental basis for the further study of chemical components and pharmacological activities of Maytenus. austroyunnanensis.
