摘要: 开发适合海上油气藏的海水基压裂液体系是降低海上压裂施工成本、提高压裂施工效率和压裂规模的关键技术,通过平板聚合工艺合成了高分子速溶海水基稠化剂,建立了耐高温140 ℃的海水基压裂液体系。在140 ℃ 、170 s-1 下剪切2 h 后压裂液黏度为78 mPa·s,破胶后黏度变为3. 5 mPa·s,表面张力为25. 38 mN/m,破胶液与煤油界面张力1. 7 mN/m,平均残渣含量为70. 75 mg/L,海水基压裂液各项指标满足现场应用的要求。

Abstract: Research and development of the seawater-based fracturing fluid system is the key technology to reduce the cost of offshore fracturing construction, improve the construction efficiency and fracturing scale. A polymer instant seawater-based viscosifier was synthesized by the plate polymerization process,and the seawater-based fracturing fluid system with a temperature resistance of 140 ℃ was established. The viscosity of fracturing fluid was 78 mPa·s after shearing for 2 h at 140 ℃ and 170 s-1. After breaking,the viscosity changed to 3. 5 mPa·s,the surface tension was 25. 38 mN/m,the interfacial tension between the breaker and kerosene was 1. 7 mN/m,and the average residue content was 70. 75 mg/L. All indexes of fracturing fluid meet the requirements of field application.
